Added "control/mA", "Q charge/discharge/mA.h", "step time/s", "Q charge/mA.h", "Q discharge/mA.h", "Efficiency/%", "Capacity/mA.h" to possible fieldnames in fieldname_to_dtype(fieldname). Also in VMPdata_colID_dtype_map.
